glass mural

Creative mind and artist Krizsán has developed a way to transfer rich colors and artistic quality – once only reserved for oil painting – onto glass. His method has opened the door to bring academic painting and functional glass together.

Since 2004, Krizsán has been developing an adapted oil painting-like (and based) process in glass. His glass mural art originates from real oil paintings. Hand applied layer-by-layer and hand applied, it captures the visual power of a real oil painting.

The layered coatings, translucent colors and reflective, diffractive components together make the spectrum of visual properties way wider than any previously tested medium for painting.

He structures his glass paintings with colors in front of one and other, this way the technique obtains deepness.

The glass itself as the medium is engineered with the highest technological standards for quality and safety fulfilling the standards of contemporary and historical architecture’s requirements.
